K-pop is one thing we’ve never heard at the OFF Festival, but as they say, there’s a first time for everything. We’re excited to have Balming Tiger here to show everyone how it’s done. The Seoul-based collective takes a subversive approach to the genre, with more unpredictability and misbehavior than the K-pop stars you’ve seen in the colorful music videos. As crazy as it may sound, this is alternative K-pop.
