Omasta
A band that you need to have an ear and an eye for. Especially if you are also into discovering new paths in music, without erasing the old ones. The Krakow group draws inspiration from jazz, hip-hop and street culture. They have already supported the famous American hip-hop band Slum Village, played in the cult London club Ronnie Scott's, and when they crossed paths with Peja, his tracks earned jazz arrangements. Today, Omasta is working on his debut album at Astigmatic Records, where EABS and Błoto release their albums. At OFF, we will even listen to Omasta twice - the quintet will perform their premiere, highly anticipated material and a reinterpretation of the cult album by Madlib and MF Doom "Madvilliany".
